Beautiful bonbonniére from the late 19th century from Germany. Oval base on four feets, two handles and a stackable lid with knob. The decoration follow the historicism style, using especially antique renaissance elements: lattice, maskarons, acanthus leaves and friezes. Inside a blue glass removable inlay with optical ribbed walls and painted rich enamel decoration. Marked, made in the famous german manufactory of WMF, appr. 1880.
