Antique oval 925 sterling silver tea caddy with removable lid. The classic tea caddy comes from the hand of the renowned English silversmith Gorham Manufacturing & Co in Birmingham and was 1911 canceled. The body is decorated with a cross-band pattern that repeats itself on the lid. The lid can be used as a measure of the tea to be filled. For almost 110 years, the Teacaddy is in remarkably good condition.
