Elegant 4-piece spice set from the early Art Deco period, consisting of a mustard pot, a spice bowl and two spreaders for salt and pepper. Hexagonal, geometric shapes with bevelled corners, standing on a hexagonal profiled base. Two containers with removable inserts made of cobalt blue glass, one without a lid, one with a hinged lid with thumb catch and opening for the associated spoon and handle. Two spreaders with plug-in lids.Manufactured by Deakin & Francis, Birmingham / England 1908. Very good condition.
