Wonderful, big figure of a kingfischer, which is sitting on a green branch and watching the observer strongly through his black eyes. The bird has nearly his natural measures and is pictured in the original colors. Hand made in the porcelain manufactory Karl Ens in Volkstedt/Thuringia/Germany, marked. The originals so called "Ens-birds", created by the designer Franz Rauch are famous and loved by many collectors around the world. Conditon very good, no cracks!
