The "Tango Glass" became famous for designs by the Wiener Werkstätte artist Michael Powolny in 1914 and Hans Bolek in 1915 for the Lötz Witwe Klostermühle. The diverse and colorful examples of the so-called Tango glass from 1920 are collected worldwide.

Two beautiful Loetz glass vases by Michael Powolny (Judenburg 1871 - 1954 Vienna), yellow with black thread overlay with a wavy rim. Smooth stand, unmarked. These Loetz Tango vases from the 1920s are attributed to Michael Powolny. No damage, no chips! Condition excellent, collectable.
