Mid-century Brooch in 935/- Silver
The jewellery manufactory Kordes & Lichtenfels in Pforzheim, now called Schmuckmanufaktur Andreas Daub, was founded in 1884 and still produces high-quality jewellery with exquisite details.
This brooch is an absolute rarity! Modernist, highly experimental design of a crescent-shaped brooch in silver with a coiled end. Combed surface in enamel with mottled turquoise variegated colours. High quality statement piece that is fabulous to combine, but also works great on its own as a head turner! Pin fastening on the back. Marked, made in the jewellery manufactory Kordes & Lichtenfels in Pforzheim, 1950/60s.
