The silver goods factory Peter Bruckmann & Sons was founded in 1805 for the production of silver goods in Heilbronn. The company's artistic products, especially tableware, established a reputation for the company, which has been family-owned for four generations, well beyond Heilbronn. Peter Bruckmann, a grandson of the founder and co-owner of the company from 1887 to 1923, was chairman of the Deutscher Werkbund.
Beautiful Art Nouveau napkin ring in Japonism with abstract cherry and leaf decor. Bulged, double-tied shape, smooth edges. On the outer wall there are symmetrical horizontal lines, decorated with abstract cherries and leaves, gilded inside. Marked, made in the manufacture of Bruckmann & Sons, Heilbronn around 1900.
