Wonderful antique Art Nouveau tea strainer with matching bowl. Strainer with perforated bottom, heavy scalopped rim and rich decorated, open worked handle. Rim with relief floral garlands, handle with flowers and acanthus leaves. Bowl standing on three feets, with scalopped rim and deep well, decorated with hand hammered central flower, acanthus leaves and spherical pattern. Marked, made by the danish silversmiths J.M.A. Steffensen (1905-1937) in Copenhagen, dated 1913. Assay mark by Christian F. Heise.
